SHIPPING AND RETURNS

1. Shipping

​

1.Your package will be shipped with DHL. MÁTHÉ claims the right to utilize a different shipping provider at any point in time.

2.At the check-out the shipping costs are calculated, and are visible when conducting payment. Shipping prices do not vary with the amount of purchases.​

Germany Standard all items € 6,50.

Europe Standard all items € 14,50

International Standard all items € 22,50

3. All items are made to order; though we exercise the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order to an address, in accordance with your selected delivery option. MÁTHÉ endeavors to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 2 to 5 weeks following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 10 days, you may cancel your order.
4. Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details. If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact us via info@florianmathe.com

2. Returns

​

1. MÁTHÉ  guarantees a full refund of the returned items in accordance with section 5 (Withdrawal of Order), provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. 

2. MÁTHÉ does not issue cash refunds. Items purchased can be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value within 14 days of receipt of the good.

3. It is required that an e-mail is sent to info@florianmathe.com within 14 days of purchase, including the reason for the return and the product that you would like to exchange it for once the returned item is received in an undamaged state.

4. In case a return is not actioned within the timeframe of 14 days, MÁTHÉ is not liable to exchange any amount of a purchase.

5. Returned products can be accepted on the premises that all the item is returned in an unused condition, contained in its original packaging, including the original hangtags attached. In case items have been worn or damaged they will not be accepted.
